Race to India bypasses the poor

Most of the Indian Elite who have a computer think that F1 as a pride and any one who opposes is a man/woman who bashes the countries growth, but these people miserably fail to look at the other side of the coin too.
The privatly owned ammusment track was built by buying farmers land. The Indian Government is no longer being Farmer friendly and have forgot that Agriculture is the back bone of our nation. No farmer in India now wants his son to become a farmer, reasons
1) A tooth brush has a fixed price by the manufacturer,
but the agri product is market based and most of the day most agri products are sold at the least price. we consumers even bargain from the already under value selling agri commodities.

As far as the F1 track is considered, the land was bought from farmers(some gave it willingly thinking of making a quick buck, some were forced to sell due to threat and government pressure) but what is the future of the farmers who sold the land. once the money they got runs out they either are forced to beg for food or become socitys scum(because we made them too).

what F1 gives to the common man other than a few hours of ammusment? nothing

^^Close down JNU as, correct me if I am wrong, most of this journalists and writers comes from this institution.

JNU is a leftist bastion .But the problem is more deeper . In some cases they are cunning enough to know what exactly sells in west and dish out the same .

driving a car at full throtel is no sport for me, but foot ball and circket is physical activity and its about developing leaders by being in a team.

Most of you might disagree with me. Down the line 30 years from now. You'll find that no longer we will be able to fed our population with home grown food as the supply will fall and we will be forced to import.
I am not asking our governemt to be like Canada when deciding what is good for agri, but atleast the government should stop completly neglecting farmers from its growth process.

The Brits always take time to get used to the new reality. They forget that the Britain of today is not what it was in the 19th century.

The farmers who sold their land were compensated and given employment. Its not like those farmers were growing anything in their land. Atleast now they have money and job.

As for the amusement part , what does cricket, football give to the common man ? Nothing. Does that mean we should not invest in sports ?

Everything is for entertainment biz only.

some watch Dabang, some go watch IPL and now there is option for F1.

You are mixing up unrelated things . Farmers are committing suicide in Vidhrava but not in Noida , they are buying new SUVs.

I think you have no idea the physical exertion that F1 drivers has to undergo during the race. F1 drivers are one of the most finely tuned humans on the face of earth and seeing them in action in their machines is a delight to any gearhead.

It is said that F1 drivers experience 3-5g's through out the entire race.Fighter pilots go through even higher g forces in a dog fight but for a limited amount of time.

Not to mention 8000 gear shifts(got info from a commercial). Also I heard that if a normal person without any training drives a F1 car, his neck will break while turning the corner.

A stray dog could not stand the Race to India that bypasses the poor so it spoiled the fun at F1 :

Stray dog gatecrashes F1 party
Stray dog gatecrashes F1 party - Hindustan Times

A stray dog spoiled India's grand entry into the world of Formula One when it halted the first practice session at the newly-constructed Buddh International Circuit for five minutes here on Friday. The black dog ran around on the track before being chased away by officials in a safety car, making fo
r an embarrassing scene ahead of the inaugural Indian Grand Prix on Sunday.

It wasn't the first organisational glitch to hit the event. On Thursday, Williams' driver Rubens Barrichello's press conference was interrupted by a power cut.

On Friday, the dog strayed on to the track after Force India's Adrian Sutil outmanoeuvred Team Lotus' Karun Chandhok, who lost out on a race seat as his outfit decided to stick with regular driver Jarno Trulli, while coming out of the pit lane.

The proceedings were stopped for five minutes after that.

There was another minor glitch when a bat flew into the media centre before being chased away.

You know the reason. In any case, why focus on the problem when the solution is just a few rupees away?

Oh C'mon!

The poor dog only went to convey his best wishes on behalf of the entire country's stray dog association.

Besides, what would you rather have on track, a stray dog or a streaker as it happens in so many advanced countries?:azn:
