163cm is requirment which is equal to 5.34ft... You are eligible i think...

That's error in add because 163cm is 5.33 feet. Measure your height in cm to be sure.

Approximately yes - But it's better to check your height in cm, because 5.3 is round figure in actual 163cm = 5.35 feet. So, if you are exactly 5.3" than you will be shorter than 163cm. And they will also measure you in cm not feet

5.3 feet = 5 feet 4 inches. That's why i am tell you that instead of getting confused why don't you measure your height in cm.
