(QUESTION) Why can’t Pakistani men marry Saudi women?

Please don’t normalize this autocratic / Hitlerian practice of “racial purity/homogeny”. It’s completely unethical, inhuman, & disgraceful to say the least!
What "racial purity" you talking about? Prince Bandar of Saidia Arabia.

I just remembered there are bunch of laws enacted in KSA that prevent Saudi women from marrying Pakistani men (& many other nationalities as well). Obviously they can’t out-right ban it, because it’s severely anti-Islamic.

I’ve tried researching everywhere, and always find that they aren’t allowed to do so. But I found one stat: 10% of Saudi women are actually married to foreigners (despite all these laws enacted to dissuade & prevent them).

They set the minimum age for Saudi women to marry foreigners at 25 years old (which is ridiculously high). At the same time, Saudi girls can marry at 18 years old (or 15 years old using a court) to Saudi men. What kind of trash law is that? I’m shocked by the sheer racism & unfairness of this country!

In 2013, Saudi women married
Yemenis with 544 marriage contracts,
375 married Kuwaitis,
307 married Qataris,
120 married Syrians,
112 married Emiratis
72 married Pakistanis,
65 married Palestinians,
62 married Egyptians.

As we can see Pakistani men are high in-demand in the country. We don’t know how many marriages were rejected by the government’s courts, embassies, clerics, etc. I estimate at least few thousand marriages of this kind were scythed by the Saudi gov’t in this year. Even if marriage contract is luckily approved, the problems don’t stop.

Sad Story: A poor Pakistani man driver was married to a Saudi millionaire women. She suddenly dies after a few years, & he gets no inheritance!!!
I am quite angered by this country’s bureaucracy & absolutely terrible laws. Such a shame how these people gate-keep their girls from other Muslim (perhaps more honorable + treatful) men.

Bro it's just the way it is. They just despise the very thought of it. But hey plenty more fish in the sea for any lookers.

By the way if someone wants to marry an Arab lady then go Jordanian, Lebanese and Syrian, by Allah they have some of the greatest beauty on the planet. One of my work colleagues is Lebanese, and she destroys most women out of the water, and she's married to a UK Pakistani Mipuri dude. Oh and his family treat her like some hoor from heaven. The women from these groups do tend to marry Pakistanis.

Ok back to the general topic it's fine whoever you want to marry, but I'd recommend to look no where else but our women, I mean the diversity of beauty is just insane, from dusky beauties to snow white queens, you name it. Pakistani women also have that rare gift of just looking effortlessly stunning, just a bit of slap and you have Cinderella going to the ball. Now add the fact they can cook, tend to be homely and share cultural, racial and religious ties, you are on a winner. If I had my choice I'd marry three more, just the formidable, unstoppable force of nature when it comes to this stuff is my wife, so that's that lol.

If Pakistanis wish to marry outside out I'd say allied nations is a good place to look, or cultures that are close to us.

I've known of guys married into these groups close to us and they have done well.
It also builds strong alliances, and this is what our faith says as well i.e. to build relationships with marriage. Both nations become stronger through such unions.

I have a huge preference for Pakistani women, especially those who have a slightly dusky skin-tone & a very feminine look. These features are quite broad, & extend to the Arabian peninsular women...

I consider Lebani, Syrian, Jordan to be White/European more than Arab. People from there are bound to have different mannerisms, values, features compared to pure Arabian people.

Not to generalizing, but it seems a Saudi woman is more shy (a desire of Middle East/Pakistani men). Closest thing to Pakistani women, on paper and generally. Maybe even more shy. Of course, there are many exceptions.

In today’s Türkish & Moroccan culture, it is very common of the interaction between men & women in public. Many of them have experience with premarital partners, whether the bed is involved or not (making it a very undesirable resume to any man).

A clean chit, immaculate resume, and perfect trait female is easily found in following countries: Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan. Those who do not object to control, etc.

I don’t see marriage as love, mohubat, aşk. I simply see it as means of lawful procreation, having domestic chef, & homecarer.

It’s sad that international relations between Saudi Arabia & Pakistan are hindered by these strict marital laws. It would be unimaginable how much they would strengthen, if they weren’t in place. Maybe a half-Pakistani high prince/diplomat could’ve risen to power who loves Pakistan. (Completely flipping our relations to the good side).

Any two consenting eligible adults should be able to marry regardless of race, creed, colour, parental consent or custom.
It is a basic human right.
Any society that prevents this should be demolished.

.
In late 2017 law was introduced .Young girl means 18 above if married to Non Saudi her nationality will be revoked .Only way to marry a Saudi Girl if she gets a divorce from 1st husband or reached an age bracket above 30`s. Somt thing like this. Question about Pakistani men in demand its more business transactions nothing to do with cross marriages as most cases Pakistani`s need a Saudi Partner and in order to legitmate his stake in the partnership the route is used

Creed can be restricted. But I thank you for standing up for human rights. Marriage is a MAJOR human right! Especially to those people whose religion restricts activities to after-marriage!!! I feel Saudis should be revoked of the right to call themselves a “Islamic Kingdom” as they violate Şeriyat severely!! I am ashamed at their non-sense un-Islamic laws!!

It’s a blatant human right violation & racism.

Why can’t a foreigner (in many cases Pakistani Muslim man) marry Saudi girl (18 years old to 29 years old)?? Why the (blank) is the minimum age bracket [30+ only] so high? That’s totally ridiculous!

Honestly there’s no justifiable reason. It’s a bogus & disgusting law. Sorry to be blunt but it shows insecurity & jealousy of Saudi men!

Im not defending or advocating them but from Saudi point of view they want to protect the clan since they are outnumbered significantly and with this law and Saudi men not being so nice to ladies many girls will start marring other Arabs or Pakistani`s .One thing i knew the Saudi in general public are not bad people little spoiled but in reality they are ok

It’s such a shame that they need to “protect their clan/bloodline”.

This is one of gravest sins that they are committing. I can’t believe protectors of Two Holy Houses, and they commit such atrocities at same time.

I am truly sickened, why isn’t anyone calling them out! Why can’t any one revolutionize the Kingdom? This as-Saud Family is bringing too much Fitna!
