But, Saudi parents don’t have a say. Even if they approve the marriage. It’s the government blocking marriages.It is not about property. It depends on your culture and background. Family can have a say in both a boys and a girls marriage choice in my opinion. A father and mother should advice. If course the final decision must be with the boy and girl.
When I see that my daughter marries a thug of course or a criminal, I am going to prevent and discourage this from happening.

Like I said, rich GCC nations have the means to be strict and prevent their women from marrying outsiders. They are protective and don't promote a culture of interracial marriages.
