Question about life that make me restless

We all know childhood, adult/ old age don't last forever and we all know when we die we leave all our property/gold/money/savings/bank balance/belonging etc behind us for someone else to use so my question is why we make ourselves extra busy in work/career and put so much efforts to get all these money, jobs, nice property, power, status etc which are all temporary. Even relationship are temporary. Whats the point of earning and saving all those money which you could not spend? What the point of building a great home which you will leave behind after using it say 60/70 years .These questions dont let me enjoy my present moment because i feel its temporary. I feel i will be old soon even when i am young right now lol.

Anyone else get such kind of weird thoughts? or its just me

Let go of the concept of you. As long as you keep putting yourself in centre of your universe, you WILL keep getting affected..the eastern philosophies like hinduism ( thinking hinduism, the theology of a single man) and buddhism and jainism have come up with some of the more satisfying answers to this eternal question which has no one true answer..

Hi, now your question would be what's the point to come to this world. All your points are in the Quran [if your are Muslim]. Humans have to survive and thrive, everyone shall die, but whatever you make you leave it to your family/relative or just dedicate it to humanity in some trust i know many people have done it and i too am going to do that there is going to be a portion for needy people regardless of religion/cast/creed. You are one of those who ponder that's a good property but you job handed over to you by your creator is to live deen and dunya and don't be extreme, whatever you earn from honestly/halal is what you creator has asked you to enjoy [that is basically an order] at the same time not to burden you your creator has asked you to help people around you with Zakat and Sadqa [not bakra as people think it could be smile it could be 100 rupees with sincerity]. You want me to write more I use logic not emotions a word of advise read Quran with Translation this is the right time [if you are Muslim].

This is perhaps not the right place to discuss as religious discussions are banned I am afraid.

You are probably right that it is not the right place for such discussion . Any philosophy forums would be right place for such sort of questions and mad philosophers actually give answers without bringing religion in it . I did not mean to start religious debate over such issues because different religion tackle these questions differently. These are questions which get in mind of people belong to all religion even atheists or agnostics

I asked this question to get the idea about how many people actually enjoy/appreciate life and everything in there after getting such questions in their minds. I have seen almost all of us are busy in worldly matter as if these material things/power/status/relationship will last forever and there is competition about who get the most and best of them

yea and i was also thinking why creation of Satan and evil was necessary .why people die in road accidents, earth quakes, wars, aids/cancer etc. would it not be better if there will be goodness only and no suffering ..would it not better if we had only choice of committing good ?
