All areas will interaconnect with each other
Palestine with have a large coast line beyond Gaza (two coastal cities ?)


To make desert / mountain range more reasonable , they will need 15-20 billion grant from world nations to help develop Desalination / cannal system

1- UN buffer zone , and security force 20,000 Police force , tracks visa entry daily passes 30,000-100,000 passes per day for Jerusalam

2-15 to 20 Billion in Grant to Palestine to develop new housing by GCC countries and world community

3- Asian Bank grant to help develop Canal water project for Desert region in new palestine


What is in it for Israel:

• Complete normal Economic ties with half the population of world

People who will relocate from effected West Bank will get

• $Relocation Fund and Land / Home constuction grant from Palestinian Authority or Home replacement (Condo appartment)

Pakistan is not Anti Israel or Anti Arab , we respect the wishes of the treaty between two nations they made in 1993 and seek implementation so that both residents of the nations can enjoy live side by side

Pakistan is not taking sides, bc they play on both sides and play a card called " our interest". Period.
