Privatization takes place through proper bidding and procurement process.
I am all for privatizing airports but we will soon find out (after the deal) how much flesh did the Qataris extract from Pakistan.

You want to control debt? Look no further than the disastrous IPP deals that Nawaz made with the power companies. Get that down and you’d be tackling debt and inflation at the same time.
Focus on energy procurement and have proper risk management and preemptive planning to get the best energy deal. Look to procure from any state if the price is right.
Focus on reducing import of non essential items. And not blanket import bans that decrease exports and will see an uptick in smuggling.
Focus on issuing bonds to get rid of high interest short term loans.
I can go on and on.
