Well , the truth is USA is more reliable partner than china and Russia .... if they want technology , USA is better case ... but problem is that both Qatar and UAE don't have enough population to obtain high tech ... and most of their original people are fating themselves with oil/gas/tourism money and won't try to gain tech ....

the problem is not buying , the problem is that they buying something beyond their knowledge .... the moment that American operators refuse to operate these systems , then these weapon will turn to some beautiful toys for GCC ...
