Qadri demands Justice Najfi report to be made public

LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri appealed to Supreme Court of Pakistan to delegate the Model Town massacre case to Panama JIT. Addressing a large political rally at Lahore’s Nasir Bagh, he said the PAT’s appeal is pending before the high court over Justice Baqir Najfi Commission. He demanded the Justice Baqir Najfi Commission report be made public. He said the name of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has become a swearing word, adding Nawaz Sharif is the name of telling lies, dishonesty and devastation of the country. “I have never seen such a shameless man. After being disqualified, he should have sat at home, had he had shame,” he said. Dr. Qadri said, “The apex court could have ordered to handcuff you; however, the 5-member bench dubbed you as liar, corrupt and dishonest through a unanimous decision.” The PAT chief said, “Shehbaz Sharif, you will have to give an answer of the killings of 14 innocent people in Model Town.” “Shehbaz Sharif and his aides will be hanged at the gallows as Qisas for Model Town victims,” he said.

It's not TQ's responsibility to get justice for 14 murdered on the orders of Shahbaz Sharif & Rana Sanaullah. It's government's responsibility to provide justice.

There's some tape recording of some communication that was authenticated by all 3 of IB,MI,ISI as being genuine. It hasn't been disclosed what's in that tape exactly and who's talking. But it was word in the news that it was direct order from Shahbaz &/or Sanaullah to kill ppl at Minhaj-ul-Quran to scare TQ from coming to Pak.

All of these politicians have barriers outside their homes & even their relatives homes. But all of a sudden they thought of removing barriers outside MQ and that too by sending 100s of heavily armed police. Lead by Gullu-Batts. They just thought of that TQ was coming to support IK's dharna.

Just when PML-Khoon league learnt of TQ coming, Saad Rafiq openly threatened TQ of consequences. There's video of those threats too.

In the videos there's evidence that an elderly was telling police officer that they have permission from High Court to have security barriers and asked police to come see documents of that. Still police escalated issue & we was Gullu-Butt and other lafangay leading hord of police.

Clearly police was sent to cause deaths.

Now Shahbaz & Sanaullah and police officers need to be punished. Those police are seen looting a nearby shop as well, what a law enforcement.

so why did he leave without getting justice? why didn't he protest like IK? People did die and there should be a investigation but lets not fool ourselves to what this guy is really after. People with political ambition should live in Pakistan not just take 2 month yearly trip to destabilize the country.

He does have a point. The report should be made available for the public domain. After all, it is matter of life and death for the public that has been on the receiving ends of the police during Model Town massacre. To this day, there has been no report made available to the public domain.

Why should he or anyone else need to protest to get justice? Does Pakistan not have any law and order? It appears that the Government themselves are the ones holding justice back because it is their own party members who are the culprits.
