I was thinking the same. Pakistan has this myopic vision when it comes its foreign policy. They want cheap Russian oil but will surely make money selling weapons to Ukraine. Do you guys think Russia is dumb?

They also sold Pakistani copies of Chinese surface to air hand held missiles. They worked in Kashmir by insurgents and shot down two Indian fighter jets.

If that is what you are doing, then all kudos to you.

For your information we followed non aligned policy of Nehru since independence. You aligned with the west only to realize they made you puppets. They kept giving you arms and it started the arms race. You guys started all the wars. Your generals admitted it. You guys spend disproportionate amount of your budget on your military. In our case we have to face two front threat both from Pakistan and China and hence our budget is higher. Ultimately, we both are working for the western agenda and not for our peoples. We should pursue an independent policy that creates peace in our neighborhood.

Russia has its interests. Pakistan has its interests. If they align then they align.

They see Pakistan as a chump that they can use to exploit and pressure India with to counter US influence in India.
