not sure about russian empire but soviet union can be rebuilt. russia still has the resources and military power to do this and if russia doesn't do this now, it will never be able to do this in future. this time, it should be slightly different, it should have a strong uncompromising ideology and multinational flavor. this time it should not have moscow as the only seat of power but a combination of different seats of power. russia should learn from the past mistakes. don't put all the eggs in one basket. distribute power evenly but maintain a strong unbreakable chain of command. put power under the control of ideology so that power doesn't disrupt its objective. make power systematized and ever expanding. russia should make it clear, those who love money, those who think money is everything should go to the west and those who think beyond money should be in the soviet camp. humans are not by birth prostitutes that they should run after money always and sell everything for money. soviet union never cared about money.

i don't blame china. today china's interests are shaped by the current global order and if the order is changed, interests will change too. this current global order only serves the interests of pentagon but in a way that china thinks it is also getting served. its a global illusion! you see, usa has the highest defense budget but ever asked yourself how come usa has the biggest defense budget? because it is the emperor and it exploits others, directly or indirectly and that is why it has the biggest defense budget. how long this drama will go on. one's gain means another's loss.
