Your comment is too general and too long. It has some true and some false points in it. I will try to mention some part of it which are false in my opinion.
As a quick note, If you ask Iranian people that which country they hate the most, I am sure Britain would be ranked first. Definitely, I don't want to defend them in any way. But, as far as Russia is concerned, I want to let you know that I am partly from Azerbaijan Republic as well, and I have acquaintances there. So, I am pretty aware of the situation inside the soviet union. oppressing is not only the factors that you mentioned, You were somehow forcing them to leave their own culture, and tradition in order to absorb them in the Russian society. Also, Facilities were not fairly distributed in the country. If your region are Russians and as much as you are close to Moscow, you will get more facilities. Now you can look at the current situation of central asian and Caucasus countries. They have lost their culture, traditions, and ethnic and national identity and only some dictators are left in power who care for Russia's opinion more than their own people's opinions. The fact is the soviet heritage has not been good for the minorities who were forced to live in USSR.

I think the difference is that Russia is still exploiting some of others lands like North caucacus, and they still gain benefits by bullying about gas pipelines and they still have a good army, while Western Europeans like Germany, have not any colonies anymore and they have not the military power to bully others directly and by their own. That's why they have chosen to be humble while Russians don't see any reason to change their behavior regarding their neighboring countries.

Caucasians lived much richer than Russian. Russian were paid 100-300 rubles. Caucasians lived trafficking and received thousands. My father visited the Caucasus in the 70s. I don't know what you are talking about. Tajiks economy is under pressure by Uzbeks since uzbeks control the railroads that connect north and south of Tajikistan, and their route to other countries.
you did nothing for tajiks, only after Iran started to invest in Tajikistan, you feared that Tajikistan is exiting your camp and entering Iran's camp, then you started to build a dam for them in order to satisfy them not to leave your camp.
