Anyway the americans know that their trade sanction would be ineffective when 85% of North korea's trade is conducted with China.

Thus, just like THAAD- the real target is atually China.

The world is changing folks. The 'Muricans aren't the only ones who sought change by electing Trump. The world at large is changing. Countries aren't going to put up with crap. No matter how poor or rich they are. China and Russia have both demonstrated that they are not in the mood of being pushed around. This sentiment has caught on. The nations of the world understand the politics being played and will respond in whatever way they can.

Agree. Japan and South Korea should develop nuclear weapons as well(they have the capabilities to do it at short notice). It will make Asia Pacific region more peaceful and stable . That way Kim will come to see that he doesn't have any more trump card against them

Ok..if we really want to make the world more peaceful..How about everyone dump nuclear weapon? Why only selected few are privilaged enough to keep it where as others are not...

Disagree with Mikey boy here, the US does not allow his lapdogs Japan, South Korea to develop its own nukes.

Did you know the US effectively killed off Taiwan's nuclear program? Did you know US also terminated SK's nuclear program?

US will not allow JP nor SK develop her own nukes, what the US could do is putting them back in Okinawa.

If Nukes are back in Okinawa is there any need to put them in SK? The US doesn't have to put them in JP as it can launch them straight from the US. DPRK sure won't be the one to launch it first. So what purpose does it serve to allow JP/SK having them anyway?

This is what gonna happen, US will have to accept DPRK is a nuclear state. END OF STORY
