Putin Crushes BBC Smartass INCLUDING BBC propagandist's question

Not the Indians.

For the US, ME is theirs to run. None of our business. China encourages the US people to get further involved in the Middle East. They are the best. Hands down.

Eurasia is a different animal, though.

You do realize he is a Putin supporter invited by Putin to ask the question.

That's what makes me laugh even more. The room is full of Putin sympathizers/propagandists and its clearly a one sided news center. I'm even surprised our Journalist even bother to go there at all. No use.

Coming to what he said, No, Russia doesn't have military bases in just 2 countries like he said.
You can check my thread on here about Russia's military bases of Russia, U.S, U.K, and France. Its true that U.K, France, and the U.S have far more military bases spread around the world than Russia, but that doesn't means Russia hasn't been trying to get more, its simply because they haven't been able to set up more bases overseas, not because they dont want to, and also due to the fact that we have more interests globally than Russia.

Analyzing Russia, U.S ,Britain, and France Global Major Military bases

Secondly, He is right about one thing, Russia actions(agression/provocations) was all for its own national interests. That's how every world power acts. We have also been acting in our own interests. So it just happens that Russia's interests didnt/doesn't match with that of Western powers. So i dont see who he is blaming here. Nobody forced Russia to invade Crimea, nobody forced Russia to arm its rebels and send its forces undercover in Eastern Ukraine, nobody forced them to send troops to moldova etc. Yes they did it for their own interests, i dont blame them about that, but so do we. So why act innocent Putin?:D You are no angel. You fooling nobody:whistle:.

I won't even go into too much details, but i just find everything he said to be normal, since i didn't expect him to say otherwise. Afterall, he is the president of Russia, so obviously he will defend his actions, its normal, every leader will do the same. I just find it funny that his cheerleaders are all jumping up and down claiming he destroyed our journalist and how holy/peaceful Putin is.

Please don't tag china with russia there to make it sound like a team. Chinese military is pretty backward to exert any weight in middle-east.

lol Well, China doesn't have much experence fighting expeditionary wars out of Asia unlike Russia, reason Russia is still by far our most potent military threat. However, the Chinese are also trying to build a strong naval force which can ONE DAY project power outside their immediate neighbourhood. So we cant underestimate them either. Though i agreeit will take them decades to get there. They first need to ascert control of their own immediate neighbourhood in SCS and pacific(which will be a really tough job for themjudging by the numvber of protaginist they have there) before tinking about any epeditionary military adventure.

So while the Chinese are still militarily inferior to Russia(especially when it comes to foreign adventures, they still have time and an economy to strive to catch up). So we can't overlook that either.

Futhermore, Chinese members here ought to calm down in regards to Russia. If they so love Russiaand wantto help Russia at all cost, why don they intervene with Russia in Syria to help them as well? Afterall what are friends for if you cant help each other in times of needs? lol Why doesn't China blame the U.S/U.K/E.U for the sanctions we imposed on Russia or stop all trades with us in protests?lol Why doesn't China form an alliance with Russia since they seem to have 'common' interests today, if you two cant form an alliance when your reations are at their peak, then you will NEVER form one and there is a reason for that.:agree: I can also ask why Russia keeps supporting/arming Vietnam despite Chinese apprehension, Why Russia doesnt support China position in SCS, Why Russia doesnt support China against Japan(Russia has been trying to cuddle up to Japan instead, but the U.S has prevented any such move.lol) etc etc. In fact when it comes to each other core interests/disputes, Russia HAS NEVER EVER voiced its support for China in any of these conflicts/disputes.

Same way PDF Chinese should ask themselves why China allied ith the U.S/U.K/E.U to bring down the soviet union which they clim was a holy peaceful empire.

So when they have asnwered all these questions they will start understanding the complex relationship between their country and Russia and why they wont be forming any alliance whatsoever(even though many of them on here dream of one.lol).:drag:

Russia's military, Chinese economy. Perfect team to kick you out of the heartland. :)

They sure love to underestimate Russia and China's intelligence and capabilities. But let them be, we have no issues with it.

This is like Yin-Yang. Russia plays hardball and China plays softball, America has to single handedly deal with both.

Interesting, what you have posted. However one thing is for sure, Russia did NOT invade Crimea. The majority of Crimeans wanted to be part of Russia.

Well, i just stated facts bro. The problem with many members here is that they are too emotional and often biased towards one side that they seem to deliberately ignore everything the others do.lol However realityis often harsh and doesnt works according to some people 'wishes'. Everything i said are mere facts. Russia doesnt support China in anyof its core interests, So howcan some people even think they are allies? lol Just because they have some hate and have issues with the U.S/west doesn't means that they should overlook everything Russia does and their motives.

As for their blind support for Soviet Russia, it just makes me laugh because i have almost Never ever seen a Russian member here(and that also applies to Russian leaders)supporting China when China has issues/disputes flare up with SCS claimants like Vietnam/phillipines or when its involves China and Japan/India disputes etc. So ithink think they should ask themselves Why is that?lol Afterall what are so called 'allies/strategic partners' for if they cant support/back each other up in times of need?:azn:

No, I understand that Russia and China have grave differences. Albeit at the moment they are allies out of necessity. Such is the nature of geopolitics.

What I was trying to highlight in your otherwise informative post was the mistake of writing that Russia "invaded" Crimea as to insinuate that Russia used bloody force and oppressed the Crimeans. No! Rather the Crimeans are happy (the majority) therefore it is inappropriate to say "invasion".
