I have grown up, It's time people see the reality. If you want to teach punjabi in school make it as secondary why attacking our national language in first place to be removed? just because some one said 64% speaks punjabi well 20% of those punjabi comes to Karachi and speaks urdu here.

I am not the one who said Pakistan will be no more if punjab is not there.

Pakistan is one unit all provinces INSHA ALLAH and will remain so language is URDU will remain so INSHA ALLAH. Oother can go and cry someone on a side with their dreams.

None of Pakistani, their culture, language is inferior or superior. They are all Pakistanis; hence every one is special in it's own way. The problem starts when people start undermining yours. If you see current discussion of today, all started with people calling it gali ki zuban, go to punjabi forum etc. Anyhow, i agree with you bro! Cheers!

Thank you. No intention to hurt other and I have no hate for sindhi nor punjabi. Infact i have more punjabi friends than any other but as I said we been taugh PAKISTAN ZINDABAD no exception.

I can understand it... and in a logical manner it is not unfair.

However, it is also logical to think that Urdu is now Pakistanified to a degree that it is NOT Deccan Urdu at all.

I have now stopped watch MarasiMedia on UTube..but what I find is that that the Urdu is thoroughly Pakistanified to a degree that when FuzlaGangasters brought Paks from KPK, Sindh and Balochistan and how these Paks spoke.. I hear the Sound of Pakistan!

I fully support the perservation of OurHeritage in every cornder/region of Pakistan..from Ladakh to Taftan.

Punjabi is already one of the 22 constitutionally recognised languages of India. A person living in Punjab and studying in a school under state board has a compulsory Punjabi as subject till 10th std.......
Also Punjabi is the official language of the state of Punjab. All the official work of the state government is done in Punjabi and central government has to translate its work in Punjabi to communicate with the state.
Information boards like on shops , road signs , building names have to be in Punjabi. Eg u can have a road in Punjabi and Hindi on same plate.
This is a rough template used by all states and their respective official languages.
To avoid any mistrust , state governments follows 3 langauge policy - English , Hindi and regional language.

Won't be possible. The stagnation of Punjabi in academics has made sure of that. Punjabi literature though needs to be taught asap. Can't lose that gem.

Urdu is experiencing the same stagnation now, hence the perceived lower standards of "Urdu Medium" syllabi.

Point is simple dont act punjabi is special every provincial language is special and urdu should be super special for province as one language to all.

Punjabi should be made compulsory in schools in Punjab as it is the mother tongue of 60% of Pakistanis. It was an atrocious decision to impose Urdu, a mother tongue of only 6% of population of Pakistan, on 94% of population of Pakistan.

One of the main things that unfortunately aren't taught in great detail in Pakistan Studies books in school/college and younger generation doesn't know, is that it was the imposition of Urdu which broke Pakistan. To cater to the wishes of a minuscule minority, this language was being imposed on those people.

English, imo, should be the national language of Pakistan with regional languages being taught in every province.

Compulsory languages aren't taught in schools to actually teach students how to speak it. They are taught to further the literary and academic traditions of that language. Punjabi on the streets doesn't further the cause of literature or academics. Urdu and English don't either.

The day each diamond that makes Pakistan takes pride in who they are. The day the celebrate who they are. The day they celebrate their history will rise a stronger, more confident Pakistan. Look at all other Muslims, Turks, Arabs, Persians. Yes they are Muslim but look at the pride they take in who they are and their history.

We in Pakistan have a history that makes them look like ignorants that goes back 8,000 years. Yet our people have been made orphans. No identity. No pride. They go around wanting to be Arabs etc. All this is because 94% of Pakistan. The majority sons of the soil have been made schizophrenic and rootless in their own land. Take pride. Take ownership of your history and ancestors.

It is vital Punjab being the majority province wakes up. Only then can rest rise and have no guilt or be made feel as outcastes or they hate Pakistan just because we take pride in our ancestors.
