Punjab police have lost a lot of men to mad extremist in the past so I think they need choppers , what if a chopper was flying over them when the were trying to protecting SriLankan cricket team??? for early warning.

Army trained Police would be more capable and more reactive then those traditional trained. however they need many good stuffs like long range and more accurate guns and advance and speedy transportation, except those toyota double pick ups or vigos.
