Punjab Govt's Health Policy: Lack of funds and delayed projects

Shahbaz's govt has spent a whooping 80+ billion Rupees in past 3 - 4 years on metro buses alone but on the other hand it looks like health is not even at the bottom of their priority list. There are several projects of Pervez Elahi's era that are cancelled by Shahbaz's govt, several health projects are delayed since 8 - 10 years, many projects which are 70 - 80% complete but are being ruined due to lake of funds.
