which means retiring Air Chiefs will no longer become the MD's of PIA and then running it lik an airforce (meaning no accountability and business strategy) rather than a business.

More than that, I am looking towards the lower roots.

No more hiring of people just because the defence minister is from PPP!!! You would be astonished to know the amount of people in PIA (ground crew, cabin crew, engineers, everyone excpet pilots) have been inducted in PIA just because they had some relative in MoD!

MD PIA to door ki baat hai, but that would be a welcome change. Raqo Qamar Suleman had no place in PIA...what PIA needs is a business man with a business oriented mind...not a bureaucratic one.

the issue was one man controlling many ministries. while the idea of ending all the other ministries by merging them together or abolishing them is all together different. u have to accept this. its simple logic. no debate plzz just bec u support pml-n :/

Fact is ministeries are run by Secretaries, ministers are just for policy making
