PTI Karachi Jalsa - Discussion.

.
Clearly defying the orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan for Imran's Fascist actions on April 3 and still the Besharam President of Pakistan clinging onto power unless he too is going to be literally booted out of power like Imran rightly was!

BTW, I don't know why you think I support the PPP?? Just because I admire how Benazir fought off the NCM in 1989 unlike the Bani Gala Coward Imran's NCM in 2022?? Even if I were to support the PPP, I would not be shy to say that here!! You guys cannot cower everyone into your way of thinking!

Speaking of all this: Though I was too young to know, but I kind of remember the family in Karachi supporting Jamaat e Islami, then I was grown up enough to support MQM, then I supported PPP, then I HAD been, until very recently, supporting PTI. You see: I support P.A.K.I.S.T.A.N and whichever party I see would be better for Pakistan. I have NO PARTY LOYALTY and will never do so. I will change my opinion based on the evidence in front of me. And the evidence now says that IMRAN KHAN IS A FASCIST!

PS. Told my brother who just went home from the PTI Jalsa in Karachi: 'Enjoy your New Hitler'!
Their is only one hitler and its called jooo biidan

So lets discuss the practical translation of these massive gatherings.

The only legal way of getting rid of this govt can be through a vote of confidence. Bajwa, after he gets his software updated (seeing public reaction), asks MQM and BAP to withdraw support. Remember Shobaz only has 3 votes extra. As soon the count goes below 172, president as per constitution can ask the PM to get vote of confidence from the parliament. Upon failing he has the power to dissolve the assembly and call for fresh elections.

But all of this is dependent on Bajwa doing the right thing. A second voice in my heads tells me that he has gone way too far to come back to senses.
You can't ask for vote of confidence for 6 months after getting it oncd

i wonder wat the puppet master(amrika) be thinkin now? I cannot think of any previous coup done by the yanks where their mitti was being pleet on this level.
Their president have memory loss problem
He might have forgot about it

The sad thing about this post is how the word "fascist" has been diluted to a mere political tool.
May Allah have mercy if you were every to see fascism.
Makes islamic fundamentalism look tame

What Karachi and Karachi walas will get from pti? The leadership that isn't local? Can pti stop advancements of lotyras of ppp?
I don't think Karachi walas should be to emotional for this party. Pti or Imran Khan may be a better solution for Pakistan but definitely not for Karachi walas.
They simply can't do anything for us.
Who can then? A concerted effort in Karachi and Hyderabad with good number of seats. Larkana is mainly PPP but GDA might wrestle a few seats away. Sukkur district needs to be won. So far PTI has not ventured into Hyderabad/Sukkur. They need to make forays and see how much support they have. I think we need to wait and see post Eid what PTI does in Sindh. I think Zardari has intentionally stayed away from this government fearing backlash of the people which is very blatantly obvious. The real question is can IK take the message into Hyderabad and interior Sindh?
As to work there is plenty to be done in Sindh to improve the condition of the poor in the interior. Once PTI gets a hold in the interior there will be no stopping it. The Pakistan na khappay myth and the threat of it should be put to death once and for all. I think the time is just rightand the slogan most appropriate for this.

So your definition of fascist is someone who interpreted and used the country law, and accepted the rejection of SC of his interpretation!!!

Waow, I hope all the Arab/Muslim world is ruled by such fascist...

A Fascist is the one like Imran Khan who, was boasting like 'let the No Confidence Motion come!' but when his allies, especially MQM moved away from him in late March, changed his tune and started blaming foreigners for his inevitable downfall and he did so while risking Pakistanis economy. There was nothing sacred for Imran Khan except his pride and his power! A mere SWIFT ban would and still could cripple Pakistan but he doesn't care. Why would he?? Oh, he was in 'jail' for 8 hours that's why he knows the sufferings??

Yes, he is a Fascist and a stupid one too. He was ruling a minority government and he has himself said that he had to keep appeasing his allies and that he would never do that again. His downfall was inevitable to those who have studied the Pakistani nasty politics. There was no foreign involvement needed to turn the turn-coats in Pakistan. There is a long history of such things. But Imran used Fascistic brinkmanship, jeopardizing Pakistan's economic interests, to cling on to power or to regain power now.

Two other Prime Ministers of Pakistan had to face NCM against them--Benazir Bhutto in 1989 and Shaukat Aziz in 2006. They had no choice but to face that. But they didn't stoop to the lows of this egotistical prince making up conspiracy theories and that too totally unnecessarily. He was going to win even after losing the NCM but this Fascist can't even accept setbacks or tactical defeats. He is a Bhutto without the brains!!!

Looks like someone got too much lal mirchi and the result is coming out from both ends …

The message in this jalasa is loud and clear: don't push IK and His party towards the wall, otherwise there will be a price to pay. Here he is addressing foreign funding, but obviously, he is not addressing the people of SS, but instead the people of the kingmakers. The thrust of this Jalasa brings soft modern religiosity with strong nationalistic sentiments to the forefront, not like TLP but more like the political sense we had in Turkey, where Erodgan was able to build Turkish nationalism on a soft modern religious basis, but was also clear that he did not oppose the west, the EU or any other world power but wanted nation soverenity at any cost.He keeps repeating the word Mir Jafar example in front of the crowd and reminding them of the history. As a result, there is a message to the King Makers to avoid playing this same character, else 30 April is not too far and the new generation of Pakistan will break the wall of respect, you know still in respect. As for his only demand, he only wants to see a fair new election on the basis of Pakistani nation mandate, which every Pakistani should be entitled to. Our freedom has been sold for a very cheap price in the name of the economy and the food crisis. For instance, if we want all this stuff, why do we need Pakistan then if we can find it in England. The enemy calculated our price in an accurate manner.

I put my hopes on people of Karachi, not pti, when I know no matter how patriot I become, my skin colour will never let me be one.
People of Karachi better start to act, rather than waiting for pti when pti has full program of importing all types of Parachas, kakars, Cheemas and maliks from all over the Pakistan to Karachi.
I have a soft corner for pti, but I know what will happen with us in last.
So no, thank you.
I think you have a very myopic view of things. What have the Siddiquis/ Farooquis/ and the Husaains and the Sabzwaris done for you in the last 30 years when you have given them power. I was there with the first wave of MQM in the 80s. What did Karachi's own achieve other than an apologetic "we dont get funding". It is time we moved on.
People often wonder why Karachi has not moved in the last 30 years. It is because we have not had a call as emotive as that of IK/PTI. When Karachiites realize that what is being said is the truth and how that truth has been squashed in Islamabad by horse trading then it will/stand. From the time of Ayub Khan if Karachi stands behind someone the opposition gets swept aside. Altaf Hissain could not capitalize it because of the myopia of his ideology and the fact that he dug an ideology that was so narrow he could not come out of it.
You are welcome to stay whereever you are or with whatever ideology/thought process you profess, but Karach is moving and it is going fullblown after PTI.

Intersting is how lahore jalsa is gping to turn out

I think lahore is most important one as lahore is what matters

If central punjab buckles so will the establishment
I dont think this line of thinking should be encouraged in fact it should be actively suppressed.

Sorry, you reply is full of nonsense and as a neutral person from thousands of kilometres, doesn't convince me.

When you call someone a fascist, you have to provide us with fascist acts, not political disagreement.

Again, Imran Khan used the Pakistani law, when the Supreme court disagreed with his interpretations, he stepped back, I don't see any fascist behaviour in his Modus operandi.

IK needs to tighten screw which I think he will after Ramzan. More drastic measures are needed …..

politically Zardari is always the first one to guess right which way the winds will blow. He seems to be jumping the ship already.
By refusing to become part of the present puppet government and calling for the applications for next candidates he has already signaled that he sees this government going very soon.

Obviously this can be achieved very easily by any coalition partner changing their mind (especially MQM which must be horrified after seeing IK street power in Karachi) and pulling out of the coalition… the resulting vote of confidence cannot be won by the regime.

Judiciary is helping puppets over time by not deciding the case of rebel members of PTI and rushing for the foreign funding case decision.

Both issues can back fire spectacularly. If lotas get to vote then it will further erode the image of this government.
Foreign funding case will be a clear vendetta again PTI and will embroiled the crowds even more.

The signs are everywhere of this government departing very soon . All IK needs to do is to continue tightening the screws and keep the pressure on.

I would love to see how Nawaz Sharif return plays out. If he comes back then he will have some confidence that his brother will survive for a while. If he doesn’t come back that means even he has doubts about this government and will not fall into the trap of coming back and unable to escape again.

Lahore gathering is the most important as GHQ pays more attention to what happens in Lahore and the mood there than any other part of Pakistan.

Interesting times ahead….
