Sindh govt will use this law to regularise all of the ill gotten wealth in form of property. In future any PPP wadera will occupy and build on a land only to get it regularised by this law. A fraction of cost will be paid as fine and no corruption will be recorded. This law will be the biggest corruption scheme by PPP.

Every one knows how many societies are launched in the suburbs of karachi. Most of the societies are ppp sindhi waders. Majority are completely illegal and those papers have no worth. They are draining billions of rupees from karachi people who buy plots in these societies ( the most vulnerable lower middle class mostly which sell their family gold etc for these 10 to 30lac plots).
PPP wants to protect these waderas actually ( most of them are PPP front men).

This extortion and fraud has no end. When such people go to KDA etc, the moment these goons see the society name they know its illegal and there in begins an another round of extortion.

Problem is that people dont even investigate if housing society is legit. People dont even bother to see if they have required permits.

Some like nasla tower where everything is legit how will you differentiate? This need some serious legislation to bring culprits to justice.
