haha habibi that might be because of their image, we know how much corruption they do. My dad's bike got burned by JI mobs at one time they were 'protesting' in KU. And everywhere they've ruled people have complained about no development.

what kind of corruption is bike getting burned by a mob, this is a favorite Pakistani pastime happens on every street of every city in the country. they have not rules much but Karachi, Mayor Afghani a JI mayor for 2 terms still lives in Lyari in 2 room house. I belong to the era when JI ran Karachi and it was a much better city then.

There was a small park near my house (almost in ruins) when but i went to Karachi in April this year I noticed the park is lush green with water well and golf green grass, I asked people what happened here. I was told Local JI leaders learned that MQM was planning to sell that park to a builder and JI put up their money and developed the park and even hired a full time care taker.

All differences aside but you must appreciate good qualities in a bad man.

Weren't they supposed to do that anyways? We had a next door neighbor who was a higher up in JI back when we lived in Karachi, he used to live like a king in a middle class area from obvious haram ki kamai as we knew his family and qualifications very well and later when he got even richer he built his house beyond the property limits and added more floors than would ever be allowed through normal procedures. And he never did anything for the area's development, only MQM did. (I don't support MQM, I'm just saying same thing both of them)
