IK and PTI need to start a dialogue with the establishment and reach to an agreement regarding elections, foreign/internal policies, international relations so that we can move on as a nation. They also need to agree on the reforms needed in police, judiciary, tax, law etc.

that's what was happening BUT then Arshad Sharif got murdered. Then to put the cherry on the cake that dg isi made a mockery of self in front of the world.

The dialogue was going on since several months and broke down.

IK wanted free & fair elections and institutions submitting themselves to the rule of law.

The establishment probably did not like the proposal. Why would an institution cut its clips off themselves willingly.

Establishment, seeing themselves taking a beating in the war of narrative, decided DG ISI and DG ISPR could salvage the day. But the problem exacerbated after the press conference circus.

And then, we have a long march. These establishment folks need to come under the rule of law. That means, full accountability and withdrawal from all non defense related matters.

Dialog? It will never work. If they were interested in it, Arshad Shareef wouldn't have been killed/martyred.

You think establishment would give up visas, perks, scholarships, and properties they get abroad? It's a foreign funded regime change operation. West has threatened to pull the plug on their 'ayashi' if they don't comply.

Every time a politician or civilian backed leader does constructive criticism, it gets labelled traitor instead of establishment doing introspection of what caused that particular political leader to raise such concern.
