PTI govt will impose section 4 to grab land for Namal University: Imran Khan

MIANWALI: Chairman Pakistan Tehree-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan issued warning to people of Salu family to sale land for cricket ground of NAMAL University on Sunday.

While addressing to convocation of NAMAL University, Imran Khan said that they need land for university ground before February 2016 and university administration will pay for this.

“Salu family give this land and get money but if after the win in 2018 election, PTI government will impose section 4 and get land for free,” he warned.

Representative of Salu family said that they donated the land for university but Imran Khan is demanding for ou homes.

Kya butamizee hey, you cant force anyone to sacrifice. Sacrifice is out of one's will and theres nothing wrong if Salu's are not giving up their homes. Khan sb is a good leader but he is very furious at times, he needs to learn to control his frustrations at time

Any land can be taken by state and compensation of equal value given , happens in China and other parts of world

When roads , dams are constructed mass population is migrated on government expense land is taken back

India after independence , "TOOK" all land back from so call servants of royals and sold it back to generate $$$ for government unlike Pakistan who allows the "certain folks" to keep these gifts

Shame how media is twisting this issue. IK isn't building his own house or society. He is asking to sell land so he can expand university and a sports facility. And IK said they will use section 4 which is law in Pakistan.

Here in Norway government can take any land they want to doesn't matter what u think. You are asked to sell and if both parties gets agree it's fine else government give u a notice to leave with amount they think is fair.
