PTI gains 2/3 majority in Gilgit Baltistan elections

. .
So technically, they are stronger in GB, than in KPK (their home base), lets hope the people of Azad Kashmir don't disappoint us now.. it about time we throw trecherous trash in the bin and continue to march foward.
:pakistan:

Also with the senate elections coming up soon [March], does anyone know if GB will be allocated any senate seats in time? Just imagine bagging 3/4 of the senators in GB!

PTI won 66 seats (excluding women quota) out of 99. That is 2/3rd majority. I don't see any harm in it. Overall PTI managed 70+ seats from KP in provincial election. It depends on the performance , in 2013 PTI was not in a strong position in KP and they needed JI to form govt. KP is not the home base of PTI, it was the testing ground of PTI.

PTI needs support in central Punjab else everything is covered for 2023 elections victory.

PTI trump card is Maryum and her father Nawaz Shareef themselves because of their anti-army and selective judiciary narrative which has started pissing people of. Sheikh Rasheed is right when he says that their narrative is actually helping Imran Khan.
Now its time to deliver.

by making GB as 5th province it will be a huge deliverance as NFC awards funds will then directly goes to GB provincial govt which obviously will be many times more then current allocation.

I wouldn't hold my breath. In my opinion the mentality in AJK is even more backward than interior Sindh. The dfference is there is British £'s coming in. Lets hope they prove me wrong.

I am sensing all these loser opposition (pmln, ppp and JUI-F etc) will run 2023 elections under single party name PDM. That will be a tough thing to beat for PTI then. As of now, pmln and ppp will end up cutting each other votes in Punjab.

.
They voted for 7 independents who then joined PTI. PTI didn't win alone

4-5 Independents were also from PTI. Gandapur kept giving tickets to every turncoat from PMLN and PPP. Eventually people were wise enough that they still voted for real PTI candidates. 3 independents were not from PTI two joined and one didnt.
