Yes but substance should prevail over form. THe substance of the law was to stop international powers influence local political parties.

If they found there is a systematic organized foreign funding substantial enough to have any influence on PTI than action should be taken against it. But merely on some random donations by xyz people should not be used to create a political chaos.

All cases should be heard. Stood on the trailers IK used to shout "investigate me first", he had nothing to hide. Does PTI have something to hide if it doesn't want to be investigated publicly? Lead by example.
