ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Tuesday announced to end its boycott of the Parliament citing a few reasons for it to participate in proceedings of the House.
"We are going to go to the Parliament for some special reason," PTI Chairman Imran Khan said, while speaking to newsmen here. "The purpose of ending our boycott is to table two motions - one privilege and another adjournment motion - against the prime minister."
Reiterating his tirade that prime minister twice lied before the Parliament, Khan slammed his opponents for accusing him of threatening democracy, adding, "We will now see if the Parliament holds PM Nawaz answerable."
He added that PTI parliamentarians will attend the National Assembly session on Wednesday."
