PTI Deputy Secretary Information claims ex-COAS was involved in rigging

Another twist in the morbid saga. PTI deputy secretary information today claimed that Ex-COAS was involved in election rigging (same claim made by Ch. Shujaat two days ago). While expanding on this allegation he named India, USA and MI6 as an international establishment whose interests Kayani was safeguarding in Pakistan and on whose dictation Kayani helped PMLN in winning majority seats in Parliament.

This is the very first time a major political party has accused a COAS of working hand in hand with India and MI6. I hope the severity of this allegation is not lost on PTI - if true this allegation will shake the very foundations of military establishment.

What these guys are doing? They want to be kicked out of that place so they can play victim card? Since if they go by themselves then it will be bad for their politics? I think they are hoping to benefit from rifts within military establishment, you are right that it was pre-planned first Ch. Shujaat accused Kayani of rigging out of nowhere then PTI jumped in with the accusations that Kayani was working with India, MI6 and USA. These are extremely serious allegations, specifically the part where PTI accuses an ex-COAS of safe guarding Indian interests in Pakistan.

Court uses a very interesting sentence i.e. "Badi un nazar mein...", which literally translates to "on the surface, or apprently", so what Mr. Chohan is saying is not a secret, and has been discussed previously on various channels by scholars much more knowledgeable than myself. He is not implying that COAS was working for India or MI6, or KSA, or USA etc, what he is saying is, that it appears COAS did not make an effort to stop the rigging. This makes sense because Gen. Kiyani was one of the NRO guarantor, according to which, PPP was going to govern for the first 5 years, followed by the PML(N). Since PTI was not in sight at the time of NRO, nobody ever thought about or bothered to include PTI in the plan. By not making an effort to stop the rigging, Army perhaps honored the NRO and that is all I understand. It is right or wrong, Allah knows better.

I would like to add that the title is misleading and nowhere in the talk did Mr. Chohan imply that COAS was safeguarding Indian interests. We should refrain from posting sensational titles especially when they do not reflect the actual contents of the matter at hand.

Now question arises, why India, MI6, USA or KSA wanted Nawaz Sharif Government? Obviously, He meant Nawaz Sharif is these countries stooge. And indirectly title is justified.

He clearly claims (not implies) that an international establishment composed of India, MI6, USA, UAE and SA with the collaboration of then COAS opened the way for PMLN. His exact words this establishment, i.e Pakistani military establishment, at the dictation of international establishment (he names India nd MI6) gave mandate to PMLN. The host tells him that as deputy secretary PTI his word will be taken as an official stance of his party and he then again repeats it word by word.

How is the title misleading? He clearly states India, he clearly says dictation he clearly says Kayani complied? The issue here is India and MI6, kindly elaborate in sane terms how this is not a serious allegation.

In my opinion, they (PTI / Ch. Bros) desperately want a back up from army (which, after Hashmi's brave press conferences, is not possible for PA) and in this desperate attempt for back up, they are trying to black mail army.

+ Although PA (some elite officers) are not in a position (by now) to help the PTI and Ch. Bros directly, they still can and will not let NS to gain a position so he can win the next election too. Govt. has survived and hopefully will complete its turn but it will not easy, in future, for the govt. to do the good works.

If NS want to win next election, then he has to work.

To get away from this problem, he can simply do two things, which will clear up everything.

- Announce, In next elections Biometric system will be used (and start working with china to get one).
- Announce, to dissolve (or merge) ECP and all election related setup will be performed by NADRA.

If he is able to do that, then no body can remove him during this tenor (they don't even need to do talks with Imran Khan, they can simply ignore them like they doesn't exists), and for next he need to work for visible projects, and lay down setup for improving whole "System"
