Bro as I have said, 18th amendment is the major cause of concern, Pee P P has been allocated the provincial funds but still they have not spent a single penny, IK had his hands tied at the start due to the country;s depleted reserves and a huge external debt and also the Covid 19 situation has not helped either.

PTI could have exercised the option of implementing governor's rule which I am sure would have been welcomed by everyone, but I dont know why GOP is not exploring this option.

THIS is what I dont understand, to spend a cent I have to fill out a dozen forms, and then the mind boggling approvals, AND after disbursement the audits. So here a corrupt provincial govt / aka mafia squanders tax payers hard earned cash, and no one bats an eye lid? Why aren't their genuine audits that would expose them?

Agreed. Politically it is already divided. Most of the parties are now just ethnic lobby groups. Comes 2023 this might become even more obvious as PTI loses seats outside KPK and becomes a regional party. Don't expect PML-N to able to get much outside their tradtional Punjab stronghold.

People often look at the army being a national force. But even that is not true. It is heavily still recruited from certain districts of the country with token recruits from other regions. It's like the erstwhile Yugoslave army [it was mostly Serb] or Soviet Red Army [it was mostly Russian]. After 1992 most of the Soviet Army just changed tags to Russian Army.

2022 census may or may not be manipulated by PPPP ..if it doesnt get manipulates then karachi will get almost 45-50% seats in sindh but will the results mirror 2018 elections? If they do PPPP will still from govt as PPPP clean sweeped interior sindh(through manipulation) and got 15-20% PROBIVINCAL seats in karachi.
