case of right to self defense is never going to be an easy ride.....it takes all of effort to establish.....law is there but it all comes down to evidence, prosecution and Jirrah / Cross Examination....

initially the individual is arrested, charged and prosecuted , it is only during court proceedings that will set the person free

From what I have heard from those in Gujrat, Monis shuru say PTI kay sath hai. It's the seniors who were double minded.

I was born in gujrat and come from a political family. PML Q has been supported by establishment just like every other party. A lot of people were with Khan to get in power. Monis name was also on Panama papers. He is corrupt and chuadury can’t be trusted.

I find it absurd that we're discussing legality of tresspassing on a private property, meanwhile entire country of 220 million people has been held hostage by East India Company. priorities .....

Wondering as per Pakistani law, if a house hold observes someone jumping their gate without permission, without announcing, without identifying themselves as police, can they shot at them if they believe it's some [armed] robber trying to enter their house?

As always the little guy is the one who falls in the meat grinder. It's always the common man who suffers on both sides of the divide. This government is setting a very dangerous precedent - a complete disregard for the fundamental human rights of its citizens and weaponizing the police against the people to stifle dissenting voices.

For me Pakistan has been a joke of a country ever since Zardari was made president by the generals. But I still watch in amazement how the comedy show continues.

The generals have put criminals in power and they’re arresting honest and patriotic people.

The big criminals in power should empty the prisons and release all the little criminals in jail to make space for patriotic men, women and children.
