I don’t want to be a racist here but one thing I observe,their was 4to 5 army chief’s were Rajput none of them put a marshal law in country but wher ever any other got a chance to became a COAS he put marshal law in country be it Pathan like ayub khan or muhajer like musharrak or Zia like arain why?
Rangers are an Interior Ministry outfit. They get their orders not from the GHQ, rather Rana Sanullah. Secondly, if Rangers are given an order to manage law and order, they are doing things as per the law.
Individual sympathies of those in the ranks of Rangers/Police should not be confused with their legal obligations. The very same Rangers were operating against the PDM people also.
