What PTI needs to introduce is a nation wide bin collection service, which picks up waste from a large wheelie bin every week. This company should be nationalised.

Since forever (i.e. whenever I visited it).. and most of the city except few posh areas like DHA, Cantt, GOR, model town etc.. the garbage collection has always been insufficient. Also the culture of throwing garbage in bins needs to be evolved partially through education & awareness and partially with fines and punishments... Install cameras on all street light poles.
