He's not 'poor'! So please don't play the pity card for an obnoxious civil servant.
Victim blaming wont help.

Justice for all.
No one should be spared.
Have i said anything contrary to this?
You knew the other side of the story too but didn't utter a word on it.
Get rid of this retired crap fassad.
I actually did not know that
Come out of retirement and read the newspapers as you should be on daily basis. Reply to the summon by CJP contains the explanation as well.
Bodyguards of the MPA were trying to stop this 'poor' man hitting and abusing the other guy on the road (with his government plate car). He turned on the gaurds and when MPA got out of the car to confront him, he started abusing him too. That's when he got slapped.
The 'poor' civil servant had a road rage attack and got bitch slapped to his senses.
Two wrongs dont make a right.
MPA should be equally slapped in public and this civil servant should be equally verbally abused in public and his personal car hit equally as well.
Recording of these punishments be made available on all media channels.
That's justice.
And what about Disqualification?
Both should be disqualified, if law permits it.
Civil servant should be stripped off his pension too, if disqualified.
Fine by me
Politician slapping a civil servant for verbal abuse is not as bad a civil servant harassing and hitting a member of public.
Civil Servants should not be abusing the very people who pay their frigging salaries!
The law applies to both parties.
Yes, it should.
But the punishment should be harsher for the civil servant for abusing a member of public. Hence stripping off the pension.
