Mobile Technologies have different standards so it does not depend on WLL it will work on LTE or 3gpp technology which have maximum downloading speed of 100 Mbs and some cases upto 200 Mb/s . But any ways you will know when PTCL gonna launch its service in Karachi , the best rule is if you have good evo signals then probebly you wont have any problem using 4g.

i work in PTCL so yeah its hit or miss , if your connection is ok you gonna have easy ride and another case you gonna curse PTCL all your life.

The worst part is when you register a complaint the staff never visits instead they just enter fake resolutions as a result you receive so many automated calls from ptcl after every few hours not only spoiling your comfort but also acting as an irritant.... there are lot of lies going around in ptcl ...even for a small issue no one is either well informed regarding how to resolve it or they dont bother about it ...and you have to go in circles....there is no accountability at branch level ...they all know each other and are in sort of agreement on covering eachother... regardless whatever is the issue the only thing they come up is "faulty wiring"

Iam using Evo 3G, they wont give full speed but most of time i enjoy b/t 1.5 to 2.5....and its OK for me

It depends where you are, the situation totally opposite for me, my land line don't work well since ages so DSL don't work well too but EVO works mostly fine.
