While signing players for PSL....they were asked to put a cross across 2 checkboxes one which said players are willing to play in Pak...second one mentioned a neutral venue
Apparently none of the international players checked in the first box

There goes the reason....if you ignore the international players then PSL will turn into anothet t20 bank league that Pak hosts


For future prospects, Shahyar Khan said...if the first edition becomes successful then international players will be paid twice/thrice and will be asked to play in Pak....
He also mentioned that first 2 seasons are not going to be economical for team owners
And going by the crowd i dont think PSL will make to more seasons let alone been hosted in Pak
