Well after going through this thread and a member of this great forum for almost 25 days I learned a-lot but now makes me realize there can be never any Constructive exchange of views here.So after people Brought my grand father Into this thread I'd like to tell them that I have a very rich family history ,the people who target my grand fathers would make themselves go Pink in the face and their grandfathers IF they ever met my grandfathers,My Ancestors were great men who Inspired people to take up Humanitarian work,setup peaceful communities work for education I belong from a family which ruled over a princely state of Pakistan no we didn't take any treasures along,One that is very respected even today in its place,My family taught me many things Which I'm never going to give up,I know what its like to respect and to be good and what It means.
If you ever want to get somewhere in Life be good and don't say stupid stuff and bring Grandfathers into this.
I was trying to highlight something which people have failed to understand I was saying something which can solve the Issue of Kashmir,So I'd again want to remind the Jutt Saab's of both India and Pakistan who even called me Insane.
As I have Pointed out war b/w Both sides is Inevitable we are going to see it in our lifetimes.
So I have thought about a resolution of Kashmir.

1st tier Timeframe 3months
Pakistan Government Appoints the top 200 People of the country,From different and all Concerned fields a fact finding commission that deals with and presents the Total view of Pakistan and right of Pakistan to own Kashmir legally through History of Kashmir which favors Muslims presence of Indian military Illegal occuption of Jammu Kashmir,Mass graves crimes against humanity including torture cells rape illegal abduction Illegal Persecution of right of self determination of kashmiri people.
2nd Tier (1 year)
Pakistani Government tries to take the united states Into the issue ,Tell them we are not letting Kashmir go and its time that United states start to treat Pakistan like an ally finally and resolve the issue get them into the game fully if they don't agree drop relations with them ,They will sit on their A$$,Pakistani Government tries to understand reaction of US if it comes to war,Next big challenge will be to establish relations with Russia,then Europe.Pakistan has enough evidence to show the tyranny of Indian state in J&K.
3rd Tier,Pakistan starts Increasing its defense Budget,A total of 300+ JF-17's to be Deployed in Kashmir in case of war with India and use of awacs to gain air supremacy,Induction of a 4++ Gen aircraft.Pakistan has done well in all previous wars with PAF its crucial involvement and swift SC's Inside deployed Indian army J&K will decide who wins.
4th tier
Lets assume talks fail,Pakistan ensures China's complete military involvement in Complete Invasion of Kashmir which starts with deployment of Chinese troops all across the actual LOC b/w Indo-Pakistan ,Those who called me Insane for Calling India a Democracy is because ,Democracies are frail totalitarian regimes are not In times like these they have only one thing Blind bravado which India is not,India is a democracy so yes Bureaucrats ,politicians and every other Indian will be enraged with this decision of Chinese deployment of troops in LOC it's a clear message to Indian state that War is on the way.
Final warning to India,Withdraw troops and give Kashmir to Pakistan.
what's in it for Chinese? More territory ,Ladakh and among many other Things.They will be happy to do it.
