Provoking India: In a first, China and Pakistan hold joint border patrols

A frontier defence regiment of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) in the western Xinjiang region and a border police force from Pakistan carried out the joint patrols along the China-Azad Kashmir border, according to photographs posted online in the English-language website of the official People's Daily.

The People's Daily described the region as the "China-Pakistan border", however Xinjiang borders only Azad Kashmir (Azad Kashmir) which is seen by India as an integral part of Indian territory.

A MORE AUDACIOUS CHINA

China usually refers to the region as "Pakistan-administered Kashmir" - and calls Jammu and Kashmir "Indian-administered Kashmir" - but the People's Daily curiously referred only to "Pakistan".

The move to hold joint patrols in the sensitive Azad Kashmir region has not previously acknowledged by China or Chinese media.

Analysts said it underlines China's intent to further deepen its footprint in Azad Kashmir.

CHINA IGNORES INDIA'S PROTESTS

China has gone forward with an ambitious $46 billion corridor from Xinjiang through Azad Kashmir to the Gwadar port in Pakistan, despite India's protests. China has said the projects were "purely commercial" and "without prejudice" to the Kashmir issue which was "for India and Pakistan to solve".

Beijing holding joint patrols with Pakistan, however, on land that Delhi sees as Indian territory is likely to cause further strains in relations with India.

Well Pakistans Military Diplomacy during war times have been awful,if Pakistan signed some treaty or non-aggression pact and forced India out of Kashmir in 1961 Sino-Indo war today there wouldn't have been a IOK,India was hugely troubled in 1960s they would've backed out of it ,it is Pakistan's stupidity on part of their military planners and to miss such a advantage because it was quite clear even back then since 1947 India was only going to scram out of Kashmir if its a$$ is kicked.
Pakistan had the center stage back in 60s to do everything,The whole world would've supported us.Can't provide further evidence of my argument that Pakistan was way better than India in 1960s because PDF is not allowing me to upload some Graphs of development ....
If somebody is Interested they should read the Vision 2025 of current governement it also shows in bits how Pakistan lagged behind over the years in economic development and India took over its economic race against us in 1975.

And you coviniently ignored '65, when India had a so called 'weak' PM and just fought a very costly war.or '47 ,for that matter, when you attacked a defenceless J&K, or '99, when you crossed LOC and took control of unoccupied posts.

War is all about taking advantage of enemy's weaknesses. India tought you that in '72.

Well It would be Interesting if Pakistan army and PLA do joint exercises on borders it would serve as tactic of Military pressure on India in light of Violation of human rights in IOK,But it seems Pakistan army is sleeping which it should've done given the recent events in Kashmir.
It would pressure Indian Democracy to provide an end to the conflict or reach to a dialogue of settlement but problem is that Kashmiris themselves have been Inflicted to so much hate there's I feel is for an average kashmiri no opening of their hearts to India ,A society with stories of Rape,disappearances,torture its very hard to Undo that which they have heard and seen even trying to do so from today would take at least two decades for Generations to forget those crimes by Indian state ,There's no answer to keep a region occupied by Military which leads to horrendous crimes,Though Pakistan is not yet ready to take head-on India agreed Conventionally Partly which I feel is because of a very frail navy which it keeps due to its weak economy and its the war on sea which Pakistan is lagging in respect with India but Border Exercises Jointly by Sino-Pak would serve as a War of the minds.Which If I'm not wrong Pakistan army hasn't done even though it likes to keep its part in Foreign and Internal affairs of Pakistan : )
But hear my words bro,and every Indian that reads this post of mine,Kashmir is unfinished business of 1947 there have been 3 wars because of it why can't our stupid leaders find a way to resolve this issue and let their be Peace for everybody.
21st civilized century is a Joke when only two regions of the world are occupied militarily one is Palestine and other is Kashmir with an ongoing conflict,and both places and their citizens have been crying out loud since decades for no avail.
Hear me out if this kashmir issues is not resolved forget the people of Kashmir an all out war will lead to MAD and Nukes,All this issue between both countries need people like hitler and stalin and see how this fire erupts.
