Not until they are Baligh (adult)

Once the Kids are Adult/Baligh, and they start to learn the Misdeeds of custodians,

They either have to set aside or ask for custodians to correct themselves

If they continue to enjoy along with the wrong doings of their custodians, they become partners in crime or beneficiary in crime having known

Once adult, one cannot say They dont know

Ignorance is Bliss until Adulthood, later on it is questionable
