I am surprised that Jamat still can organize such a protest despite taking all those Awami League govt. steamroller in the last 11 years and counting.

Jamat is tamed not destroyed. They maybe unleashed when necessary! . And besides, if jamat compromise with some major sensitive issues, I think many problem will be solved.

Look at the recent treaty between America and taliban, things will be more clear.

I will not be surprised if AL is planning to better use of jamati Islami after their purification , I mean a processed jamati Islami by AL machine.

Don't underestimate AL machine, it can turn a Razakar into freedom fighter, and a freedom fighter into Razakar. Qader Siddiqi is the best example of it!

You see even it's possible to get brute majority in parliament with slight election engineering? Look at 2001 election in Bangladesh. AL got 62 seats with 40.2% vote ( that was more than BNP)?
This process isn't very hard.

The stupidity of South Asians is best demonstrated when they start putting labels on each other and start quarrels.
