A few days ago, two TTP were killed and the locals backed by PTM, NDM did the usual our innocent brudder sheep herder was killed

Swaityan aren't joining, they are coming from Waziristan.

The biggest component is that LOCALS not everyone but atleast some see the TTP types as their ethnic brethren who they don't want to see killed or arrested.

Many may not actively support the TTP types but they remain silent, don't give information on movement or inform when they see neighbours or members of the tribe, clan etc involved in illegal activities

And worst when security services act in IBOs for example these locals backed by the PTM, ANP, NDM types are the first to protest and give cover to the terrorists as innocent locals

It makes clearing these areas a nightmare


It's why the state has been almost forced to try negotiations , not because they don't have the military resources to absolutely slaughter everyone in sight but because they are worried about the fall out of the locals becoming upset their ETHNIC brethren have been killed
