We should learn from 911. An Aeroplane was able to hit pentagon. It should be designed in such a way that an Aeroplane should be unable to hit it.

Not Likely as the direction a plane can hit is from South -East, passing over or close to Cantonment , GHQ and Chaklala. Which are all well Defended. May Be it Can approach from West but there is another Airport, And any violation will have it Flagged well before target. Hills provide cover from other Directions.

They should make @Stealth the architect bcz the current design is not cool. This has less room but is filled with symbolism.

Another suggestion how about the flag of Pakistan to create room. You know the borders are buildings and the crescent and the star are inside. This will create border buildings and buildings within ( the border between the white and green on the flag).
