considering the language used , its a fake . no bank would use such . (the amounts would be in US$ , the international currency , not INR)
also the letter head seems to have been "borrowed" from the one which is posted in wiki .

been seeing a lot of these fake "documents " , they are mainly for starting roomers via the net as they can never be verified either way .
