If you put in the context, he is damn straight man, he was in hospital, he could not have possibly known as direct witness of the rigging reports, nor he was being reported in the hospital.. hence he answered that I dont remember or I dont recall as I was injured.. hence his petition was based on what he was told by his workers etc.
