Sir I Want To Know That If I Join As A Soldier,What will be the Promotion strategy,mean to say at what rank i can get promoted in how much time.A Soldier promoted to lance naik after that naik and after that Havildar. So I just want to know that,if i join as a soldier can i get the rank of Commisioned Officers in My whole life?

A regular soldier can apply for ISSB ... (He is given relaxation in age etc),,, if passed he goes to PMA and gets a commission.

Yaar apko rank ki itni kiyon fikar hai? Army khali rank aur wardi ka naam nahi hai, yeh aik jazba hai jis koh koi rank ki zarurat nahi.

You can apply for a graduate course or ICTO depending on your field of study.
