You're wrong this time. Like I mentioned before, in case of Saudi Arabia having all this educated people does not necessarily lead to success. They already have a highly educated work force but I don't see major improvements until now.
Saudi Arabia has a higher proportion of young people than Germany. But Germany still has more young people in raw numbers.
