I strongly disagree with use of term "migrant" for Kashmiri Pandits.. They are IDPs not migrants.. They were forced to flee their homeland.

I hope this 500 crore rupees is not a one time allotment and it continues every year for some years to come.

Some were talking about pocketing the money. So it was wrong and plain lie. Regarding, going back to valley, well established Pandits in all probabability wont like to shift to valley where they do not have any job opportunities. That is one of the reasons why they do not want to move in. Isn't it true that there are many Pandits still living in valley? How are they staying there?
