Procedure for Provisional Arm Licence

Assalam o Alaikum

I personally visit the DC Office to know the procedure for provisional Arm Licence.
The procedure is given below.

1. Get the Form from the kachari.

2. Fill the Form and Attach 2 Photographs and copy of CNIC.

3. Give the Form to Weapon Clerk in DC Office for DC's Signature

4. After Signatures of DC take the form to your Police Station fro SHO Remarks n Signature.

5 Then your area DIG Signature.

6. submit the form to DC office and ask Your MPA to inter your name to the Quota list he will submit to DC office (Quota of 05 Licence per month for MPA). Once he give your name to DC in quota list this is last step for licence.

Dear Bro's as i have got my 9mm licence. The procedure Given Above is from Different District As i got my licence from Another district.

1. Get the Form from the kachari.

2. Fill the Form and Attach 2 Photographs and copy of CNIC.

3. Give the Form to Weapon Clerk in DC Office for Section Officer Signature

4. After Signature Section Officer from DCO Office take the form to CCPO (Capital city Police Officer) {Or In small District i-e DPO (District police officer)}and submit there. They Will Give U a Reference No against which They submit UR Form.Save that Ref No if U misplace that Ref No U will Never Inquire your Form.

5. CCPO/DPO send this for SP of your Area asking him for UR verification. CCPO/DPO send your form with any of Raf No plz Visit CCPO/DPO office to get that Ref No to Inquire status of UR Form from SP office.

6. SP send UR form to SSP (asking him for UR verification) against some Ref No. Now Visit SP office for Ref No.

7.Take this Ref No to SSP office and ask the status of UR form.

8. SSP send This Form To SHO of UR local THANA asking him for UR verification Once again one more Ref No here.

9. SHO Verified UR Form by Visiting UR Mohalla or UR home.

10.Now UR Form will go back to DC Office by same Route i-e

CCPO 2 DCO Office by post mail

Now UR Form is in weapon branch in DCO office.


visit weapon branch in DCO office with Reference No ie given to by CCPO/DPO against which they send form to DCO office and ask the status .

If licence are opened then here UR Snap will be taken by weapon branch same like as in NIC office.

and then UR form Goes to NADRA for Printing a Book let .



Dear Bro's i personally visited each n every office with there respective Ref No n i got 1 month to get verified.

i got 6 different Ref No of Corresponding B/W these Offices.

Be patient : n Dont Give Tea Water o i mean Chaye Pani (ReshwaT)

I submitted my form in April 2012 n got my Licence in 16 March 2013 (it took Almost 1 year) and only submitted the Govt Fee.
