problems with alkhalid tank

“Hunter killer capability” refers to a tank equipped with dual independent sights and supporting fire control hardware/software in order to allow the gunner and commander to track and acquire two separate targets at the same time

Or in layman language independent sights for Gunner and commander....
How many mbts in South Asia have this capability? Current inventory only, not future induction plans.

He is just a tank sim player. Like most of them, he is just an armchair expert.

agreed alkhalid is much better than arjun any day.
Al-Kahlid have less protection on the other hand Arjun has Good protection.
Al-Khalid has better Firepower while Arjun has poor fire power.
Al-Khalid has mediocre battle management system while Arjun has Good battle management systemt.
Al-Khalid has better mobility while Arjun has poor mobility.

Its depend on you choose better fire power over protection or vice versa.
and same with mobility and battle management.

Explain what makes AK's bms average but Arjun's good?

What do you know about AK's armor and thickness?

Video is factually incorrect.

if that so there are none in our region.

Al-Khalid ERA has a protection level of 350-450mm vs APFSDS and 450-550mm vs HEAT

He often discuss tanks from the perspectiveoof state of art armored capabilities that are 'latest' anywhere in the World.

For example, AK is definitely a generation behind when compared with likes of Black Panther, T14, M1A2 SEPV2, Leo2A7...

But when we observe the armored threat we face, i.e. T90S & T72M, then AK/AK1 is a 'sufficiently good tank' to meet our current demands.

Because it was never designed to counfront LEO2A7, M1A2SEP. T-14 is not in service and the program is facing issues. The Russian army has sttled for additional t-90AMs for now.

Good expose by one of the best OSINT tank analyst.

Unlike the eastern block countries, things are not hidden in us. Most of the Altay subsystems were already developed for leo and m60 modernizations before the altay project. Tender for the new tank was given to Türk Otokar. When the project reached a certain level, it was decided that the most suitable tanks for the Land Forces were Leo and K2. Using diplomatic relations, he worked as Hyundai Rotem technical support provider for issues missing from Otokar. + Turkey shows at fairs all sub-systems used in the tank, eastern bloc countries (Pakistan, Iran, etc.) from 1950 remain do not see anything else like some of the photos from appearing.

It would be cool if Pakistan and Turkey could work together as Turkey is obviously much more advanced in weapons manufacturing.

Pakistan already has most products, it just needs to improve own economy and invest in critical subsystem parts

Dude its an old video everyone has watched it.....

He is right. Consultant Sahb...

you don't know anything about tanks don't you.
Commander is the one who looks for the Targets

You seem to know more than the engineers that designed the tank. I mean what can i say??????
