It's exactly what this nation put him in charge for, sheer passion and commitment to eradicating the mafia parties and their decades of loot maar. His speech was a fierce warning to all the corrupt thugs that their time is done for and they shouldn't expect any mercy just because everyone's under the same roof. The amount of energy he displayed reflects the public anger and their demand for justice. Spoken like a true representative of the people, something which obviously flew over most of the bhagora's ITT.
