How sidhu can prove more efficient then PM modi in current diplomatic scenario, can you elaborate your conception a little further. I am interested in it

Politically motivated dialogues never gave any fruit as political dynamics kept changing , I think we need a less politicized approach from both sides in order to successed in any further efforts of dialogue.
