There should be an option to complain against the armed forces and Para military forces

Such complaints are directed to Ministry of Interior or Ministry of Defense which is later directed to IG Police who later forwards to DIG / SSP, who are obviously powerless against such complaints

I called dozens of times to Citizen's Portal nothing happened after MORE THAN A YEAR HAVE PASSED

I even mailed hard copies along with a copy of the CNIC, to the Prime Minister's Office But NOTHING HAPPENED.
